This policy outlines the settlement procedure in the event of a cancellation of a Rummy Cash Game on the platform due to technical errors, Fair Play Violations, or any other reasons attributable solely to the platform. Here's a breakdown of the settlement policy for different types of cash games:

Points Rummy Cash Games:

 Refund for Genuinely Affected Users: The add-cash amount paid by all users genuinely affected by the cancellation will be refunded.

 Forfeiture for Fair Play Violations: The add-cash amount paid by users involved in Fair Play Violations will be forfeited. Additionally, a Fair Play violation fee may be levied on such users as per the platform's policy.

Pool Rummy Cash Games, Deals Rummy Cash Games, and Tournament Games:

 Refund for Genuinely Affected Users: The entry fee paid by all users genuinely affected by the cancellation will be refunded, including any re-buy amounts if applicable.

 Forfeiture for Fair Play Violations: The entry fee and re-buy amount, if any, paid by users involved in Fair Play Violations will be forfeited. Similar to Points Rummy, a Fair Play violation fee may be levied on such users.

Refund Processing:

 Refunds, once reviewed and confirmed by the W24 team following the policy, will be processed within 15 days of receipt of the refund request.
